I think people massively overestimate how much writing is the physical act of typing words and underestimate how much of it is thinking — structuring ideas — making arguments — choosing what matters — and deciding what to leave out.

If someone uses AI to turn their thoughts into cleaner prose — that’s not fundamentally different from using an editor — spellcheck — or rewriting drafts.

The problem isn’t AI.

The problem is people with nothing to say — whether they use AI or not.

I installed the IOS 27 beta and immediately am capped at half brightness. I can slide the slider up to full but no change past halfway. Thanks Apple very cool
