Around 4 years ago I did a tender constructing a total of 10 classrooms in this CDF school of around 5 million which was under quoted and was due for a revision to 10 million because the tender had quoted repairs but it was a total overhaul that we did. I never got paid simply because the new Bumula mp Jack Wamboka was not interested in anything to do with the previous MP Mbabu projects.
The money was later chewed and diverted,we even raised a commitment letter, sued the CDF but nothing was ever paid! We were never allowed to complete the remaining 10%!
My company collapsed because I declared insolvency!
Sifuna is sorrounded bt crooks as well!

Former Apartheid finance minister, Barend du Plessis sparked outrage after admitting the real reason the old regime destroyed South Africa's nuclear bombs was because they didn't trust the ANC.
South Africa had six real nuclear warheads but the Apartheid government rushed to break them down right before Nelson Mandela and the ANC took over.
Du Plessis claimed that if they had left the weapons behind, the ANC reportedly would have sold them to Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi within three weeks just to make fast money.
He straight up said he never trusted a single ANC politician with nuclear bombs, saying Mandela was maybe the only exception.
The old government always made excuses that they scrapped the bombs because global wars were cooling down, but people have said all along they were just terrified of a black government having that kind of power.

In 2008 Mukesh Ambani and his younger brother Anil were the 5th and 6th richest men on Earth. In 2020 Anil told a court he was worth zero.
Their father built Reliance, India's biggest company, and died without a will. The brothers fought over it until their mother split it in two in 2005.
Mukesh kept oil and chemicals. Anil got the phone company, even though Mukesh had built it and run it himself.
Mukesh also had to stay out of telecom for five years.
Anil went big on everything at once - phones, power plants, movies, finance - mostly on borrowed money. By 2016 most of his fortune was gone and his phone company was buried in debt.
That year Mukesh returned to phones with a new network, Jio.
In the video below, he announces that Jio's data, calls and video will be free for everyone until December 31.
He could afford it. Reliance put about $50 billion into Jio, and Mukesh started charging only after more than 100 million people had signed up.
Every rival had to cut prices.
Anil couldn't compete with free. His company shut its mobile service in 2017 and went bankrupt.
In 2019 a court gave Anil a choice - pay Ericsson or go to jail. Mukesh covered the debt, and Anil publicly thanked his "respected elder brother".
Today Jio has over 500 million users. This week Elon Musk called Mukesh "the real boss of India".
Same father, same company, same start. Why did one brother end up with $80 billion and the other with zero?
