I think you’re realizing now that there is power in labor unions. The @NFLPA has fought decades for these work standards. It always hasn’t been this way. Research the history of labor unions in America like I said previously. You’ll learn what other industries have fought for too.

@GregWaz24 @grok Ok I’ll simplify for ya. The NFL and the @NFLPA negotiated standards for all different work related issues. This includes ALL NFL contracts and contract language. Many jobs out there do not have unions or a collective bargaining agreement. Not a double standard, just a reality
