@wizzair We have purchased Wizz Priority but would like to upgrade our luggage from 10 to 20Kg instead of Wizz Priority. How do we do this without paying another £90 for 20Kg when all we need to do is amend the booking? Thanks

@GC_Rail Also, it’s jubilee weekend, perhaps the busiest weekend for travel in years and you lot still can’t get that right, something we’ve known about for years. It’s not funny...it’s farcical.

@GC_Rail Can I just ask, if cancellations seem to be more regular than your trains turning up, supposedly due to a ‘shortage of trains’, why are you not reducing your timetable and stopping selling tickets for these services? Who makes these shambolic decisions?...

@GC_Rail Another train cancelled...what a surprise! I regularly do the mirfield to King’s X run and every time it’s a 50/50 chance as to whether your trains actually turn up. Shambolic. Sort it out. It’s been going on for years. FAR more reliable to get the LNER services from Leeds.
