@brooklyngoldie@sentdefender US gives some and gains some, it's certainly important for US power projection and these bases around the world is why the US have such reach.
Anyways, nice of Germany.
@kopke45191@teoshengelia29 You can turn on and turn off radars, it's when it's active the radar is emitting, at other times you would be flying silent.
@kopke45191@teoshengelia29 Sorry but you are a clueless dumbo, it won't be anywhere near the front, so russian fighters can't touch it, the radar range means it can be e.g 200 km behind the front. The risk it faces is long-range missile strikes e.g Iskander, when it's on the ground.
@cosgrove_iv You must be fucking retarded. The dude who is refusing talks and negotiations is Putin. Ukraine will of course have to reconstitute it's armed forces, being armed to the teeth is the only option with RU as a neighbour.
How much did they pay you? The russians that is?
@Jeremy9931@NOELreports I think it should be up to Ukraine to do what it pleases with what could be considered their money, if arms producers would be able to veto everything, they could stand there with nothing, because there is always competition.
@TycusB @NSTRIKE01 Yeah they often are, how effective an LPI radar would be I think depends on opponents EW suite, modern EW digitize and process a wide range of frequencies simultaneously and will capture faint energy that older receivers would miss.
@TycusB @NSTRIKE01 Most modern aircraft got them as far as I know, including F-35, F-22 is probably the exception.

F/A-18βs Infrared Search And Track System Has βSignificant Reliability Problemsβ
The Navy has again run into problems in bringing its critical podded infrared search and track system into full operational service.

@TycusB @NSTRIKE01 Yeah thats not really how it works. The moment an aircraft turn their radar on they are emitting=giving away their position, now both could fly silent, relying on their IRSTs, one purpose of IRST is to detect stealthy targets, it searches and tracks for heat emitters.
@LindblomSommar@Teoyaomiquu For now yes, but if we got peace in Ukraine in lets say a year it's a totally different situation, and not being stingy about where production takes place is a competative advantage for Saab.
