So EA acknowledge that the community would love a co-op Champions mode. They know it's a popular request. They want to push a more social way of playing...

So what do EA do? Refuse to implement a co-op Champs 🤯

Utterly bizarre decision making 🫪

No concrete plans for co-op Champions (or a mode like it) to share at the moment, but we know this is very a popular thread of feedback.

Directionally, we believe making FUT a more social experience will be a key part of FUT's future.

It won't be the exact experience folks are asking for, but we're considering doing more co-op Live Events in FUT 27. Could perhaps be a theme for one of the "non-campaign" weeks.

If the coop live events are actually fun to play (which completely depends on the gameplay for FC 27) then I guess we will see.

Sadly the FC community is not the same as old school PES. If the rewards aren't "good" then even if it is fun to play, the coop live events (or future Champs as an example) wouldn't take off. The FC community seems to be rewards driven over fun.

Fair enough. I can't speak for the wider community, but personally, I would 100% play a dedicated 2v2 champs mode. I have 0, and I mean 0 interest in 2v2 rivals....I don't care for 1v1 rivals tbh.

Coming from PES, 2v2 and 3v3 matches were probably the most fun and enjoyable. They were huge in the PES community, with many in game tournaments and cup etc focused on 2v2/3v3.

Maybe it would be a fad and people wouldn't actually play it, but I don't see why it isn't something they could trial at the end of an FC cycle, like for FUTTIES, to see what kind of engagement it had.

Iraola has worked with Rio for a matter of weeks, and you can already see big improvements in his game and decision making.

Much more unpredictable - probably the most I saw him go onto his left.

But more noticeably was his link up with Kerkez. Already using him more. Excited.
