I'm very confused.

We are happy to pay £35m for a teenager goalkeeper that won't join until next year...but this time last year we were haggling with Palace over £5m for Guehi, then lost him to City.

Baffling.

Officiating in this country needs reforming.

My proposal? Train ex-Premier League players to be officials.

Pay them well.
Get ex-players that have played in the league, that understand the game in charge.

I can't see how this would be any worse than what we have now.

Hard watching any game in the Premier League at the moment.

The referees get more of the spotlight than the players.

PGMOL under Howard Webb is atrocious and only getting worse.

I'm desperate for him to "click". But I look at someone like Morgan Rogers...he's a handful all game. Not for 2 passes a game. It's all too "safe".

@NeilElsom For a striker, fine. For a midfielder, it's a lot more than that. He can't press. He loses every dual. The opposition walks through him. We lose the midfield battle every match with him in it.
