They did this to me for over 7 months from january without sufficiently responding to my messages about why it was happening. They then converted my currency without permission in two separate transactions before finally unlocking the account and telling me they were closing it.

Hey @wizzair my flight got cancelled on the 4th of April and I applied for a refund on the same day. I was advised this would take up to 60 days but it's been more than that and still nothing. Can someone help me or give me an update, please?

You need to look in to Revolut.They have frozen my account and are holding my money.They don't have a telephone call centre.I have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone from the compliance team to get back to me look on Trust Pilot frozen many accounts @UKSFO
