Hey @MichaelDell @elonmusk and @friedberg - here’s an idea to take Capitalism BACK from the socialists:

Sell as a replacement for the 5% wealth tax that could end up saving Social Security forever and that Billionaires came up with…

Instead of giving the government 5% of your wealth to distribute thru their narrow channels that only trickles down to the bottom half after their costs have gone up from the government’s ineptitude…

Setup a way for anyone (US Citizen, foreign citizen, or foreign country) to fund a special type of IRA for American Citizen Workers with less than $25,000,00 of retirement savings.

Example (Billionaire)
Give some of stock in your company to help the people of this country root for each other as owners of your company.

Example (Foreign Citizen)
Apply for a Golden Visa and the proceeds go to the people of America. Funds pool until each account can receive $1. Incentivize the brightest minds in the world to come here and help us build an awesome country!

Example (Domestic or Foreign Company)
Asking for access or special privileges, permissions, etc? Maybe part of the deal is that the PEOPLE of the country you seek to do business with own part of you!

Possible edit: instead of a $25,000,000 cutoff (who would adjust that overtime, CONGRESS… yeah no) one could tie it to a percentile. Say bottom 75th percentile of American’s accounts or something.

Skip the inefficient middleman and reward the people who build this country.

Why this beats the current playbook
The old approach (kingpin targeting, pure kinetic pressure, and traditional individual bounties) mostly produces fragmentation, short-term body counts, and power vacuums that rival groups quickly fill. It rarely turns the organization’s own structure against itself in a sustained way.
Operation Cascade does the opposite. It weaponizes the hierarchy. It creates a visible, time-limited race inside the group, prioritizes live captures over corpses, and attaches collective consequences to the worst activities (high-volume narcotics and human trafficking). The rules are short enough that every player can understand the incentives in under a minute. That clarity is the point—ambiguity protects the status quo; simple, public rules erode it.
The Rules (the entire rulebook)
1. We name the top layers first.
Big money is on the table if the people under them deliver those named individuals alive and secure.
2. First group that successfully hands over everyone listed below them splits the cash equally.
Dead bodies pay nothing.
3. If enough people in any layer are proven deep in heavy narcotics or human trafficking, the entire remaining layer is automatically promoted to a higher bounty level.
They become more valuable targets and lose the right to claim money on anyone below them.
4. At a time of our choosing we freeze everyone still free into one residual pool.
New names are then released from that pool on a timer. The residual group must collaborate to deliver those newly named people if they want any payout. Fail, and the list simply grows.
5. Only alive + secure deliveries pay.
That’s it. No 40-page manual. No hidden clauses. The incentives are public, the clock is visible, and the first movers who deliver live get paid.
