@Cincy_SB It’s our first year in the B12 so expectations weren’t that high. But the hope was to see a path forward. Commit mistakes, correct them, set the pieces up for success. Just not seeing it. It’s the B12, it takes B12 talent and mindset all around and I just don’t see here yet
