First of all my order delivered to someone else after 45 mins of placing the order.
When I contacted zomato the order was picked from that person and delivered back to me after another 40mins cold and stale.

My Water Purifier was to be delivered on 25th of Aug but it is not yet delivered. Everyday it is marked as out for delivery and every evening it is being marked as “Could not attempt the delivery”

Your IVR is a clear indication of your willingness to help the customer.
