... I know I kinda forced myself into this situation but I feel I am running out of options to get out of the loop. I don't know what to do anymore. All I can think of is if I end it all I won't have to worry or suffer anymore

...Nothing seems to be helping. My only escape is youtube and spending money I can't afford to spend. Just wanting to get something to look forward to. It has gotten to the point I can't afford to get my meds refilled. I have been off my meds for weeks now and can't get refills..
