Why is the Greenland deal he just signed so big?

Besides the obvious national security advantages for the Western Hemisphere… We don’t have to ask for permission anymore.

The old agreement allowed foreign adversaries and companies to creep in.. on our doorstep.!Now they have to ask the U.S. for permission. This new agreement includes exclusive access to critical minerals. Not to mention the control presence this will create as the Arctic straight eventually opens up… Trump beat these foreign nations to it. He won… and won for us all.
