@37b77bf60ebf465 @vgera2001 @Suparna_Singh So I said the law sud be constrained so that it can b used for genuine cases .If u have time then go through Kedarnath Singh vs State of Bihar & the 1960 case of Dr.Rammanohar Lohia case of Sedition. You will find that the present sedition law should be watered down.

I have replied that the sedition law sud b modified rather to be repealed.Recently if u r aware about the case of Vinod dua and if u r having data that 30% hike in the sedition cases after 2014 ,u can imagine the autocracy of BJP.

And for that "UAPA" is active. so 124A should be modified
