@poshaaloyo what nxt media did by calling out all it's old employees and do what they used to do that's ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ that form of gratitude will always remain on each of those former employees .its better than a gift and money given to them kudos to you all
@poshaaloyo One problem I have with the show is when a guest is asked a question and they are interrupted by the presenter before they answer or get in the middle of the answer. Some of us viewers want to really know the guests feedbacks. Otherwise great show and congs on 18yrs
By the way, Kabuleta raises a very valid point about Sex Tourism (or whatever you want to call it). We are still lagging behind because we are a pretentious lot.
You canโt claim to have the best night life in East Africa when you have no single legitimate strip club or legally recognized red light district in the whole city. Women offering those services are often in running battles with police because apparently itโs illegal.
What are we even doing?
Tourists come here and need those services. Why donโt we find a way to package those services in an organised manner? We are just here pretending to be a morally upright society when behind the scenes we are fully plugged into the most chaotic sex network in Africa.
Legalize that sector, formalize it, organize it, and letโs make some money while at it! Tourism is more than lakes, rivers & organisms, itโs also about shakes, shivers & orgasms. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
When uncle @wekesa_amos said he found this song big in Ethiopia I felt so good because;
1. We sent a colleague to get us Ethiopians from Gaba road to feature in the video , he negotiated with them very well & when they reached the set and realized it was Eddy Kenzo, they doubled the money claiming he is a very big international artist and for that they wanted more money , they became more expensive right there ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ. They did a very good job tho โค๏ธ๐
2. When we released the video , it was bashed by very many music critics and a group of the โI know moreโ claiming that the video didnโt much the message of the song, they wanted it to be obvious but @eddykenzoficial had a different target and it has really worked very well.
3. It feels so good when the rest of the world listens and appreciates our local languages and Eddy Kenzo has made sure he does that for 12 years now.
