A salute to Jayden Daniels & Washington’s medical/training staff regarding the brace, which over three games has been a total non-issue. He’s playing well, has been impactful as a runner & has been smart about avoiding contact. Has taken hits but has been fine. Embrace the brace.

@SidelineEli @Carrghmikl_dc I don't think the team would ever tell him not run. The message would be more 1) Keep your eyes downfield for possible throws on the run and 2) When you do run, protect yourself, even if it means sacrificing a yard or two (unless it's a high-leverage moment).

@Carrghmikl_dc I don't know that there were that many opportunities for him to run over these last two games. What matters is that when he runs it's the right decision, results in a significant gain and doesn't result in major contact. His two scrambles last night checked all of those boxes.

@benneben Would be great if that happened. I'm rooting for that to happen. But all we can go by is what has happened. The penalties, the bad starts, the need to bring in Steve Wilks, the situational blunders, the slow pre-snap operation...all of this speaks to being poorly coached.
