#WIC doors stay open in a shutdown, but make no mistake - #TrumpShutdown will hurt women & children. Instead of delivering services, WIC staff are now preparing for a crisis. In 2013 shutdown, families dropped of #WIC because of confusion & 2 states ran out of $ after 16 days
