@united assured me that my bags would arrive at my final destination after having to rebook me. The bags have yet to show up and it’s been DAYS and no one can tell me where they are!! Had a feeling this would happen - unbelievable!!!

@staralliance the Star Alliance assured me that my two pieces of checked luggage would arrive in my final destination despite having to rebook one of my flights. Of course my bags didnt. It has been two days and no one from the supposed “alliance” can tell me anything?!? Really?!
