For more than a year, Dr. Mahrang Baloch, Bebarg Zehri, Shah Jee Sibghat Ullah, Beebow Baloch, and Gulzadi Baloch have remained in arbitrary detention. Their continued imprisonment reflects a pattern of repression aimed at silencing peaceful voices who advocate for justice, accountability, and the rights of the Baloch people.

The prolonged detention of these leaders, combined with restrictions on fair trial guarantees and transparent judicial proceedings, raises serious concerns under international human rights standards. Justice cannot exist where individuals are denied their fundamental rights and kept behind bars for their peaceful activism.

Baloch Voice for Justice calls on the authorities to immediately release all detained BYC leaders and end the use of arbitrary detention as a tool to suppress dissent. The criminalization of peaceful political expression undermines the rule of law and deepens the human rights crisis in Balochistan.

We urge the international community, United Nations human rights mechanisms, civil society organizations, to take urgent notice of this case and demand the immediate release of all detained BYC leaders. Silence only enables further violations. Justice requires action.
