@ItsBlarg @NHL @NHLNetwork @EckhartsLadder @hockeypsych_ has the best breakdowns. I can’t watch every game and they get me caught up with all the goings on in each game. Can’t recommend their channel enough, these old leagues just hate the modernization of the sport by fans for fans.

As of this morning, my stepmother, Rosemary, passed away from a battle with cancer. A battle next to nobody knew was even taking place.

I didn't want to be public with the specifics of what was happening today until I knew all of the people that were close family who needed to know were informed, not via social media.

Rosemary has helped raise me since I was 8 with my father. She taught me the value of hard work, treating others with kindness at all times, and what a nice big smile could do to someone's day. Even though we weren't related, and she didn't have children of her own, Rosemary treated me like her own son.

She was one of my biggest supporters with becoming an actor, a better person, and I genuinely believe she is why I grew up to be so social and positive as I am.

She was my Mom, and a day never went by where I didn't see her as that. I'm just happy I had the opportunity to say it before she was gone, and I'm happy that her and I left one another at a time in life where we were both shooting for the stars and succeeding.

Thank you, Rosemary, Mom, for shaping me into the person I am today. ❤️
