@DijahSB If his bladder feels fine and everything else is OK, it is prob not an emergency!
I had a similar situation happen a few years ago - but a weekend stay at the ER (complete with catheter) got him good as new, & a prescription diet has him blockage free. <3
This too will pass.
@KaylaAncrum when I had my child my mantra during birth was "he will come out, or I will cease to be."
It was incredibly morbid, but it reassured me that eventually, the pain would end, as all things do. I still soothe myself that way: "One way or another, it will end."
@lowfive_ we are like that & most of the time, we don't mind being like that, as long as it's aimed at "not-us"
And honestly, truthfully in my soul, I think that's true of the vast majority of people on the planet - but in America we get to have guns, so it has a bit of a bigger impact

@CoreyBrickley Ahh yes, of course. Media that says "This is evil" is always much better than media that asks "is this evil? what does it mean to be evil? How do you, personally, define evil?"
I am once again begging people to have media literacy
@Bwipo I'm still a fan, will watch every game, because I know you'll all get bloody knuckles breaking down that wall. ✨💙
Gg, thank you for the games, you're still my favorite.
I must choose optimism, because the other option is suicide, and I have a child that needs my example.
Nihilism is only death, and we hold too much love in our hearts to let it claim us.
My son is 12. This morning I had to tell him.
Even though I wanted to rend my hair and wail in grief, I said without even a crack in my voice,
It is okay to feel sad. And then, we need to turn that heartache into action. How can you help?
