@OpenSolutionsL I couldn’t fault the 3 removals men. They were fantastic! The company’s customer service team, their complaints policy and most importantly their unbalanced policy around the impact of being late needs HUGE improvement.
Thanks for the recommendation @OpenSolutionsL. They finally arrived at 4.30. Doing a good job so far! Shame customer service at @AnyVan let the company down!
@AnyVan Will your response be any different to your customer service rep? He told me it wouldn’t make any difference who I talked to. The reply would be the same. £15 goodwill gesture and I just have to wait till they turn up!
Booked @AnyVan to help move house today. Full payment taken on Tues. Time slot of 12-2pm. Rang them at 2.10 to be told they will not be here till around 4!! They charge £48 ph waiting time should a client be late but giving a ‘goodwill’ gesture of £15 and told to wait! Appaling!
@AnyVan If your customer service rep is right, me sending you a DM would not make any difference. Think people should know what they should expect if they book with @AnyVan. Everything is great until the actual day. If there are problems, don’t expect them to let you know.
@AnyVan Also, I was told repeatedly by Miles, your customer service rep that it wouldn’t matter who I spoke to. The response would be the same. £15 compensation, wait for the driver tracker to start when the driver leaves his last job but no update call would be made by @AnyVan HQ.
@AnyVan I had no problem with the whole process up until the actual moving day! Communication on the phone and emails were excellent. Unfortunately there was nothing from @AnyVan to say there was a problem on the actual day. No comms or much compensation for delays which are not my fault
