Does “specialise” in context for foundation yr really mean “concentrate learning in one area” - which would make more sense for the pharmacist to achieve and DPP to assess?

Please do not believe in singular judgements based on arbitrary numbers!

What is important is whether polypharmacy is appropriate, effective, & realistic, and what matters to the person receiving it
