Manufacturers guarantee, I clarified this was correct. Several times. The staff were helpful but said no. The manager was unhelpful, churlish, childish, and escalated the situation. Please can you contact me.
@swiftcare_hub2 I have been on the phone to @currys for 2 and a half hours this morning regarding a broken microwave. I have spoken to approximately 10 people and bots. I have given my details, receipt details, address postcode store number to them all over and over again.
I have spoken to people in India and one who sounded like they were in the states. I have been put through to @carphonewarehouse and @pacifica_fi by your staff. Been given numbers for Kenwood which are then @currys. I have been told to take into store for replacement under

@Jenny_1884 Take it from someone who has visited many nursing/care homes. Even the most expensive ones don’t always provide good care. Patients wait over an hour to get someone to answer the bell.
Recently I ordered a shower from @TritonShowers & paid for installation up front.
The shower arrived promptly, then a couple of days later I got a call from Triton to arrange a time for installation.
So far so good...
During this call I was informed that they don't do installations in my location themselves, BUT they use subcontractors instead.
They took my details are told me to expect a call from an engineer in the next day or 2.
A few days passed and I'd not had a call, so I sent Triton an email. They never replied.
By the time a whole week had passed, I gave them a call to ask what was happening, giving them my reference number and details.
I was told by the woman that answered that she'd make some enquiries and call me back the next morning.
The next morning I didn't get a call back, in fact the whole day passed and nothing... the following day I heard nothing either..
Starting to get a bit annoyed, I called again yesterday. I was in a queue for 45minutes, after answering questions from an ai voice, that didn't understand what I was saying, repeating the wrong words or numbers back to me...
After 45 minutes in the call queue, the line went silent, yet the call was still going....
I eventually hung up and tried another extension.
Finally a human being answered!
Again I explained what had happened, that I'd had my shower for 2 weeks and that I wanted someone to fit it, which I'd already paid for, but no-one at Triton was helping me or giving me any information!
She was apologetic and said she'd escalate it and to expect a call later that day.
'That day' was yesterday, and you've guessed it, no-one called me back (I made sure that they had the correct phone number and details)
As of now, 2pm the following day, still no call...
To say the customer service of @TritonShowers leaves a lot to be desired is an understatement..
