Best part of the match today 🤣🤣

[Alison McConnell @Alimcconnell76]

@JohnMcC41738249 Yes, I interviewed both managers after the game. The game was won. Thistle were outstanding in first-half. Could easily have gone into break 4-0 up.
But my point was simply that the referee at one stage looked as though he might stop the game.

[Alison McConnell @Alimcconnell76]

Absolutely wild at Firhill.

Game was in the balance at one point and it could easily have been called off. Suspect Marvin Bartley will have something to say about why the game continued.

[Alison McConnell @Alimcconnell76]

@JohnMcC41738249 In terms of the referee abandoning it.

🗣️’I will not put them against a wall or anything like this.’

Hearts manager Wouter Vrancken was frustrated by the errors that marked his side’s embarrassing 7-1 defeat to Celtic but said his team need to take collective responsibility.

🔉 ‘It’s very early. We were four points behind with seven games to go last season, so it can be it can be eroded very quickly. But it's nice to win in the manner we did.’

Martin O’Neill reluctant to describe 7-1 annihilation of Hearts as a statement victory.

🎥 As much of a view of the (in)famous Dens Park pillars as it is of a boisterous Rangers support.
