މީގެ ސަބަބުން ޖިނާއީ ބޮޑެތި ކުށްތައް ކުރާ ފަރާތްތަކުން އެފަދަ ކުށް ކޮށްގެން ހޯދާ މުދަލުން މާލީ މަންފާ ހޯދުން ހުއްޓުވޭނެ. އަދި އެކިފަރާތްތަކުން ޖިނާއީ ބޮޑެތި ކުށްކޮށްގެން ހޯދާފައިވާ ދައުލަތުގެ މުދާ ދައުލަތަށް ނެގުމުގައި މިހާރު ދިމާވެފައިވާ ޤާނޫނީ މައްސަލައަށްވެސް މިބިލުން ޙައްލެއް ލިބިގެންދާނެ.
