I love leaders who let their staff know that it’s ok not to be ok. Especially during high stress times. And not only lets them know it’s ok, but seeks out ways to help them out too.
Down Syndrome Awareness week 15th-21st March incorporates World Down Syndrome Day on Sun 21st March.
We’re taking part in #LotsofSocks on Friday. Pupils (and staff!) are asked to wear odd socks to school. A bucket collection will be at gates @ arrival/dismissal times.
