Back to 1980’s:
A journalist asked Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum why he was in such a hurry to build Dubai: "Why not do this over a lifetime instead of 5 years?"
His response: "I want my people to live a better life now... not in 20 years."

Having ₹2 crore as liquid surplus to invest in FDs differs greatly from buying a ₹2 crore residential property. There are also emergency, daily, monthly bill, commute, trip, education, and event expenses.
People buying 3-5 crores house doesn’t necessarily mean they also 2 cr in cash. It’s just like asking Elon Musk if he has 1 trillionaire worth so invest in FD and earn interest.
Three people died yesterday on the tracks due to Central Railway officials negligence . It has become normal to normalise deaths in the name of Mumbai Spirit.
It took @Central_Railway almost 9+ hours to get things back on track. 4.5 hours were spent travelling because of this problem yesterday. It’s high time local infrastructure is upgraded immediately; crores of people depend on this daily.

AI has a hidden cost that we don’t talk about enough:
💧 Water.
India’s data-centre industry used an estimated ~150 billion litres of water annually in 2025.
And this could more than double by 2030 as data-centre capacity expands and AI workloads grow.
The bigger concern?
More than half of India’s data centres are already located in water-stressed regions.
India’s data-centre capacity has grown from 375 MW in 2020 to 1,500+ MW in 2025.
AI needs enormous computing power.
Computing power needs data centres.
Data centres need cooling.
And cooling can require water.
This doesn’t mean AI will “drink India’s water supply dry.”
But if data centres keep expanding in water-stressed regions, local water competition could become a serious infrastructure issue.
