USDOJ just announced a surprise, last-minute settlement with Live Nation and Ticketmaster.

It’s a terrible deal. It falls drastically short of breaking up their monopoly and it won't stop them from squeezing fans with absurd fees, trapping artists, and bullying independent venues.

That’s why North Carolina - alongside a bipartisan coalition of state Attorneys General - is refusing to drop the case. We were kept in the dark on this deal, we didn't agree to it, and we aren't backing down.

Live Nation = ticket inflation, and we’ll see them back in court shortly.
