@AirCanada Last resort is spamming @AirCanada to try to make this right. Though missing my sentimental jewelry is something that I don’t think they will ever be able to right. I’m extremely pissed with the lack of ability to reach them or get assistance on this matter.

So disappointed in @AirCanada DO NOT USE. I flew to Spain for an anniversary trip a couple weeks ago using AC. Upon return I realized my jewelry travel box with all my jewelry is missing. It was in my checked luggage and now is missing along with all of my jewelry.

If you’re a frequent flyer, you understand the misery of dealing with airlines. But this is insane. Going through my bags for no reason? Then STEALING jewelry. Much of which is high value and sentimental. Shame on @AirCanada I hope everyone avoids flying AC, I sure will

Of course there is no help with this issue from @AirCanada and no where to file for STOLEN PROPERTY. Will never be using this company again and guess I will plan on traveling extremely light with a carry on (oh wait they made me check that too, though we paid for carry ons)
