Ride for Restoration: Rebuild Haiti...getting closer! Are you ready to ride?

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

I can find at least 10 things to be thankful for, no matter what my circumstances. Thank you Lord!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Somedays it is really hard to love some people....Grace Lord! I desparetely need it!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

I want to ride my bicycle! I want to ride my bike! If you want to join me put Sept 8 on your calendars! More information to come!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Build up with love rather than tear down with criticism...if you can't build up, at least shut up! Give grace as you have been given!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Soooo blessed by the heavenly father! He is good all the time! And today was a good, good day! At least a few hours of it!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

I could really use a full time job....any leads? I know the Lord has a perfect plan for my life!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Well, I could have gotten stuck in the rain, or been in a wreck...it is only a starter and only money. Thank you!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

I really wish this wind would die down so I could ride my bike!!! I miss Florida! Well God must have other plans for me today!

Believe you can do whatever you need to do in life through Christ (Matthew 19:26)

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

I was born in the wrong place! In need of some warm ocean breezes and sunshine!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Walking 6 miles is a bit harder than biking 6 miles, but each step forward makes me stronger. Do one good thing for yourself today!

[Joyce Meyer @JoyceMeyer]

Don’t pray as a Christian and then live as a heathen. –Joyce

Who can you lift up today? You find yourself lifted as well!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

My ipod played "All of you is more than enough Lord' and followed it up with "If you like it then you should have put a ring on it." mmmm

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Finally a little warmer today....off to burn up some bike miles! What is one healthy thing you can do today for your mind, body and soul?

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Because He died for me on this day.... I LIVE!!

[Alison Last @AlisonLast]

Wow! Expensive day... thank goodness I know who my provider is!
