Clearly been a busy week at the Retirement Villages Assoc - actively moved to challenge the Stuff opinion piece on retirement living. Open letter signed by committees representing 410 of the 445 villages across NZ representing 50,000 residents
Another week and another excellent data analysis from @NewsLambert - just knew I needed to provide the same analysis for NZ regions to highlight the post Covid movements in house price index

Long time since I retweeted a real estate listing video - as stated in Charles tweet, a video you will never forget. My hope is that NZ real estate agents donโt get inspired to replicate this approach to video marketing!

The share of homes with price drops keeps climbing to new heights.
"I think the power will continue to shift towards buyers, resulting in mild price declines from month to month," says our Chief Economist @FairweatherPhD.
Bernard - you are bloody legend. Your plans for the continued growth of The Kaka are a true reflection of the person you are - committed, dedicated, professional and transparent. Proud to be a subcriber!

Background to this survey is that Iโve just done some analysis of listings of retirement units for sale and interesting there is difference in both page views and days on the market. Using a more inspiring headline like โgreat lifestyleโ โlive the lifeโ as compared to
Do you think the headline an agent uses on a home for sale listing makes any difference to the performance of a listing (pages viewed or enquiries) or even the speed of sale??
