- अंजुमन में 35-40 साल से काम करने वाले ऐसे लोग भी है जो चपरासी है, ऑफिस असिस्टेंट है, उनकी सेकंड जनरेशन को अंजुमन ने पढ़ा लिखाकर डॉक्टर और लॉयर बना दिया है, उनमें से भी कभी किसी को कन्वर्ज़न के लिए नहीं कहा गया है.

- मैं 100 से अधिक मदरसों में जा चुकी हूं मेरे साथ आजतक कन्वर्ज़न जैसा कोई अनुभव नहीं हुआ है.
