@CaitTzar @jtrebach I had a mathematical physics exam where the professor posed a question that just didn’t make sense (was obvious to all the maths/physics double majors who had *just* had a course on the actual maths involved(complex analysis). Ended up solving both the possibly intended questions

@EuterNalL @justalexoki This is the way. They *can* deal with it (my iphone 12 mini spent about 3 hours at the bottom of a fast-flowing river and is fine), but they’re not made *for* it, so there’s always a chance that some bit has got shaken loose and the water floods right in.

@patio11 So how does that work? Claude treats that as an additional prompt? My (limited) understanding and experience was that additional prompts (esp. without careful human review) are often going to cause it to redo a lot of work multiple times, causing new issues.

@wayne_culbreth @kernelkook I think that is the point he's trying to make. AI has context in its training set, but ignores the norms present in that context. This is not something to be fixes by prompting (much too weak), but illustrates of dangerous AI 'character', which may not have been apparent before

@Nicolaewna @HiddeMulder2 Ja, maar daar doe je dan weer weinig aan zonder overheidsinvesteringen en terwijl je veel privéscholen in stand houdt waar alle goede leerkrachten heengaan. Transitie doet pijn, maar als je het goed en doortastend aanpakt, hopelijk uiteindelijk de moeite waard.

@JeroenBee1 @Paul_van_Meenen Lijkt me wel handig als een minister dat doet ja. Scheelt een hoop rechtzaken en kosten om illegale besluiten terug te draaien. Die lui worden tenslotte betaald om verstand van bestaande wetgeving te hebben.

@JeroenBee1 @NOS Het is er *bijna*. Uncanny valley effect, met een heel licht bitter na/bijsmaakje, maar voor veel doeleinden goed te doen. Sowieso beter dan margarine.
