36 F with severe UC pancolitis and pseudopoliposis. On Aza 200mgs, Inflixi 5mg/kg for a year and 5ASA 2gms BD. Initially had good response to Inflixi with no active inflammation at 6 m scope. Flaring now. Inflix levels undetectable with very high Ab titer. Options?#MondayNightIBD
