Was asked question as to how All Aboard fits with DigComp. Good question, easy(ish) answer: Can construct 'travelcards' corresponding to skills in DigComp. Higher levels addressed in the workshops/activities. AllAboard just lets you use the resources for your own chosen journey.
New EuroPass will be interoperable, handle digital badges, electronic certification, and based on the principle of self-sovereignity -ie the individual owns their own data and information.
