YouTube can delete your entire career in seconds. No warning. No appeal. No human review.

Here's what must change:

1️⃣ Right to Warning
No termination without clear, specific warnings first.

2️⃣ Right to Fix Mistakes
Give creators 7 days to fix issues before deletion.

3️⃣ Innocent Until Proven Guilty
Stop treating 10-year veterans like spam bots.

4️⃣ Basic Legal Principles:
→ Assume Good Faith: Treat honest creators as honest until proven otherwise.
→ No Retroactive Punishment: Don't ban channels for old videos under new, vague rules.
→ Fairness for All: When a policy is improved, re-review past cases that would now be compliant.
→ Intent Matters: No harmful intent should mean no "crime."

Until YouTube adopts these, every creator is one algorithm glitch from losing everything.

WE ARE SOOOO BACK 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

After 15 days of fighting on X, I literally can’t believe it. It felt like a nightmare.

@TeamYouTube thank you for giving me a fair review.

But am I okay now even I got my channel back?

No — 15 days of fear and stress … 15 days stuck on X fighting for my channel.

I’m now even more scared from YouTube and I don’t feel safe at all. I know I’ll be anxious 24/7.

YouTube needs to make real changes:

First, send warnings before taking down a channel — that’s literally the point of warnings.

Second, if there are no warnings, then manually review the channel before shutting it down.

We need to feel safe for our mental health.

I really want to thank all of you guys for supporting me and sharing my post. Without you, I would still be stuck in this nightmare.

And thank you to my friends (GC) I made along this difficult time for standing by me.

And I want to thank @Grummz because he was the main reason my post reached everyone.

But does this mean I won’t post here anymore?

No. I’m not leaving X. I’ll keep talking about YouTube until it actually becomes a safer and better place for creators.
And fighting with my friends till they get their channels back. 🤍

🚨YouTube has been reinstating channels as of recently🚨

So far, @Teee129961, @thedarkarchive4, @bjr2730, and @niokanal have all been reinstated within just a 5-day span. It feels like something is finally shifting, and creators who were wrongly terminated are finally being seen.

But at the same time… none of us know if this momentum is going to continue, or if YouTube will suddenly stop again for another 2 weeks like before. We’re excited and hopeful, we just want consistency. Creators deserve a fair shot every day, not in random bursts.
