~US Fed tightening (rates⬆️ + balance sheet⬇️);

-refinancings ⬇️ (incl US munis, European DCM);

-new HY issuances, private credit and CLOs all⬇️.

@CAgovernor @laurafriedman43 Well done. As Donald Shoup famously explained, parking requirements are a tax on developers and thus residents & make housing more expensive. Removing them, esp near transit, lowers housing costs, boosts ridership, reduces pollution and congestion, and makes cities more livable.
