People post this as a meme ALL the time, let me explain: People with anxiety often rewatch the same TV shows because the predictability helps us regulate our nervous system. When we already know the outcome, there’s no risk of unexpected stressors, and this actually reduces cognitive load and provides a sense of control, and emotional safety. Familiar stories can be a calming in a world that is chaotic and a LOT. What’s your GO-TO show? XO, Dr. Jen
Finally got to watch all of this. If you love Babylon 5, I highly recommend. They answered fan questions. Lots of BTS & personal stories.
It's funny when Bruce Boxleitner tells a story and says he doesn't remember which episode it's from or what's happening, and I'm like: I do!
why aren’t the robots working in the mines and oil fields and handling toxic chemicals or picking plastic out of the ocean? why are they writing emails and making powerpoint presentations? what the hell are we doing

In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.
Al, it's hard to believe it all began in 1968, just two young guys waiting for an acting class. That empty room became the start of a lifelong friendship. We’ve shared so much history.
I salute you, my friend. Here’s to what’s ahead.
