BIG CHANGE:
YOU CAN NOW OFFICIALLY
GENERATE ELECTRICITY FOR YOURSELF, USE WHAT YOU NEED, AND SELL EXCESS ELECTRICITY BACK TO THE GRID THROUGH YOUR DISCO
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has commenced the Net Billing Regulations 2026, a new framework that allows eligible electricity users to generate power mainly through solar energy for their own use and export excess electricity back to the distribution network.
In simple terms, if your solar system generates more electricity than you consume, you can now send the extra power back to your DisCo and receive credits under a regulated billing arrangement.
This effectively creates what the sector calls a “Prosumer” ;meaning you are both a consumer and producer of electricity.
However, there are conditions.
This is not yet targeted at the average small residential solar setup.
To qualify:
-You must already be connected to a DisCo network.
-Your renewable energy system must have a minimum installed capacity of 50kWp and a maximum of 1.5MWp
-You must obtain approval from your DisCo.
-You must sign a Net Billing Agreement and register with NERC.
Approved users will receive bidirectional meters that track: ➡️Electricity imported from the grid
⬅️Electricity exported back to the grid
The concept that WOMEN DON'T LOVE MEN is largely TRUE!!!
And before some of you start arguing, I am not talking about fathers, brothers or sons. I am talking within the context of marriage and relationships where there are expectations attached.
One of the biggest proofs of love is SACRIFICE and PROVISION. For God so loved the world that he GAVE!!!
Now ask yourself honestly…
How many women can provide for a man consistently for 5 years without becoming resentful, irritated or emotionally exhausted towards him?
HAPPY NEW MONTH MY LOVELIES 🥰
My former boss waited 29 years to have children.
He got married at 31 and got his set of triplets by natural conception and birth at the age of 60.
His wife delivered the babies at the age of 55.
The testimonies were shared everywhere
Glory!!!
My boss is 75 years old now, his wife is 70,
They have exhausted all their savings on the triplet's school fees, family summer holidays and other expenditures
I added the holidays because when i was working with him, he travelled to Dubai and the UK with the children every year without fail.
Anyway, they are broke now.
The children are fifteen years old and my boss has placed his house at Ayobo for sale. He is also selling his plots of land at ibadan and bakery at Mowe.
He said he needs to pay school fees for this term desperately and invest the rest towards next year's school fees and preparation for the children's university education.
I asked him what inheritance he would be leaving for the children after several years of hard work?
He said there was no other way to give the children the best he could if he didnt sell off his properties.
He is also asking me to oversee the trust fubd he is looking to set up for the triplet's education from the proceeds of the sale.
I know he ia calculating that if he should go on to be with the Lord at anytime, i will have to support his children with my resources.
(I had been supporting him financially for a few months)
I sincerely think it is a bad idea to have children when you are old.
The struggle this man is going through at the moment is heart breaking.
He could barely function anymore and is in a hurry to sort out his affairs so that his children will not be left unprovided for.
Please sir, encourage people to have their children early.
Raise your children with the strength of your youth and spend time with them until they are able to stand on their feet.
God bless you sir

In 1986, rising model Marla Hanson thought she was meeting her landlord to collect an $850 security deposit. 💔
Instead, it became one of the most shocking assault cases of the 1980s. ⚠️
On June 5, 1986, Hanson was reportedly lured into a meeting in Manhattan by her landlord, Steven Roth.
While walking together, two men suddenly attacked her.
According to court records, one restrained Hanson while the other used razor blades to severely injure her face, leaving deep wounds that required more than 150 stitches.
The injuries permanently ended her modeling career. 😞
Investigators later concluded that the attack had been arranged after Hanson rejected unwanted advances from Roth.
Authorities eventually arrested:
⚖️ Steven Roth
⚖️ Darren Norman
⚖️ Steven Bowman
and all three were later convicted and sentenced to prison.
But for Hanson, the trauma did not end after the attack itself.
During the court proceedings, she later said the aggressive treatment she experienced while testifying — including attempts to discredit and humiliate her publicly — felt even more emotionally painful than the assault. ⚠️
Instead of disappearing from public life, Hanson eventually chose a different path.
She became a victims’ advocate and later worked as a screenwriter, speaking openly about:
⚖️ victim treatment in the justice system
💔 trauma and recovery
🧠 the emotional impact of public scrutiny
Her story resonated with many people because it exposed something uncomfortable:
Sometimes survivors are forced to relive trauma repeatedly — not only through the crime itself, but through how society responds afterward.
And perhaps that’s why Marla Hanson’s story continued being remembered decades later.
Not only because of what happened to her…
But because she refused to let that moment become the end of her identity.
