My eras tour guitar arrived with a big hole in the back. I emailed Customer Service, but if anyone has experience with receiving a damaged guitar, I would be interested to know how they resolved it.

@sparklyboots89 I was interested but it said the male model who is quite skinny but very tall is wearing a 2X and it’s cropped so I’m confused how it will fit. Maybe once someone gets it and shows how it fits it will sell more? It’s also not cheap and I live in FL but it is gorgeous

I don’t see much talk about the TWO new guitars from the Taylor Swift Holiday merch drop! And ERAS TOUR GUITAR!!! All the other ones are sold out. I think the placement of Taylor on the showgirl one isn’t my fave but the eras tour one is SO COOL.
