Do better #instacart . Placed an order today. Was missing some items when the shopper delivered. immediately put in a report & was denied any resolution. There is no way to appeal & now I am out over 80$ and without cat food. Billion $ company can’t even try to help. Disappointed

That my order was fully refunded and that it was “all set, promise”. I then received this email later on stating I am not eligible for a refund or replacement. And the following email reiterating the same thing. I then responded to the email and have not -⬇️⬇️

Sam then stated I could not have it re-delivered so he refunded the order cost to my original payment method.I had not received any email confirmation so I called back. At that point I spoke with “Omar” who stated that he confirmed “100% through his upper management” -contiuned⬇️
