Congratulations to NYC’s Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment staff as well as All Mobile Video’s staff who took home an Emmy last weekend for the New York Liberty WNBA championship celebration last year!
AMV, augmenting tech-facilities and providing skilled crew for one of the most watched Rosh Hashanah live-stream broadcasts originating from one of the most beautiful synagogues in New York. Shanah tovah umtukah, may you have a good and sweet new year!
For a live award show occurring this weekend our client wanted to do a prism effect, optically, live-live with a Sony HDC4300 broadcast handheld camera and a B4 ENG lens. All Mobile Video sourced four different prism adapters & figured out a mounting solution.
NYLA is an excellent choice for UHD / 3G-HD / 1.5G-HD productions requiring lots of engineering firepower but where an expando truck would not be allowed due to parking limitations. NYLA is not too big, not too small.

Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks is in the books. AMV’s Eclipse, fully ST 2110 IP mobile unit was the technical and creative hub, featuring a GV Orbit 1200 source x 2400 SMPTE 2022-7 fully redundant router, K Frame XP/IP switcher, GV LDX150 IP cams and a Studer Vista X 600.
1999, All Mobile Video puts it brand new fully digital HD production truck Celebrity and edit truck Cinetour on a ship to Trinidad and Tobago for the Miss Universe Pageant!
In some cases ballroom and concert venue multi-camera shoots call for a production truck. In other cases they call for a carrypack. AMV’s are equally at home in a hotel ballroom as they are on a skyscraper roof, a cruise ship at sea, or a broadcasting from a foreign country.
What is often not seen are the days or weeks of testing that occur in our shop and out on location prior to a live-live production. While best known for our studios and production trucks, testing here is done of a single remote camera’s transmission solution.
@rkolsen@SVG_Brandon@sportsvideo A Furio would take up a larger footprint, both in terms of what is visible above the deck and what is hidden below. Blackcam makes the smallest, quietest, fastest systems available.
Honored to support Warner Bros. Discovery Sports & CBS Sports since 2015 on the NCAA Men's Basketball Final 4 and Championship with a number of railcam firsts. This year the two-headed Blackcam basketball debut.
At #MFinalFour, CBS Sports and WBD Sports will debut a new, two-headed RailCam.
The two cameras on the RailCam are:
- a Sony P43, shooting at 6x slow-mo (the traditional RailCam angle)
- a Sony F55, shooting in shallow depth-of-field.

AMV’s client required a hardwired super-slow mo railcam that could travel 130’ quickly and quietly, with the track hidden & housed beneath stage flooring in a narrow tunnel, and the track and all cable management had to be less than 13” in width. AMV had a solution.
