@rsdancey California classrooms are a tragedy. A shortage of teachers has created overcrowded classrooms, little support (some schools don't even have FT nurses). There is also a lack of resources for students learning English as a 2nd language.

Unsurprisingly, Blue States in 2020 come out on top. The first Red State is #9. 15 of the top 20 are Blue States. CA ranks really low - #40.
