After reading “The Backyard Build”, FDK students decided to create their own backyard builds. So much creativity, planning and problem solving went into these structures. We have pools, slides, swings, see-saws, bouncy castles, bird baths and even a tree house! @AllSaintsDPCDSB
What a wonderful evening we had celebrating We Are One, We Are Many for #CatholicEducationWeek. The Art Show showcased our students’ 3D and 2D art honouring artists and styles from around the world. @AllSaintsDPCDSB
It’s that time of year again! The @scholasticCDA book fair is all set up in our Starbooks library. Students will make their wish lists today & tomorrow and buying days begin on Wednesday. Please join us on Thursday May 4th from 3:30 - 8:00 for our family night. @AllSaintsDPCDSB
Students were so excited to vote for their favorite @ForestofReading Blue Spruce book. They felt very grown up with official ballots and a private voting station too. Even the teachers weighed in on their favourite. Our winner will be announced tomorrow. @AllSaintsDPCDSB

After reading the @ForestofReading nominated book “A Sky Blue Bench”, students designed and built benches for Aria so she would be comfortable sitting with her helper leg. Some students decided to make desks and tables for their stuffies in class as well. @AllSaintsDPCDSB
After reading the book “Perfect Square”, fdk students cut up their own perfect squares and rearranged the pieces to make new pictures. We have houses, diggers, pumpkins, sea monsters, birds, rivers & ocean waves, and even a mud puddle. Love their creativity! @AllSaintsDPCDSB
After reading @ForestofReading nominated book “Abuelita and Me”, students created their own monsters just like in the story. S’s made them into trading cards with names, health, weaknesses and even special powers. Thank you @MartinsonMlle for your creativeness. @AllSaintsDPCDSB

Discovered a great talent today on lunch duty in the junior hallway. I was so amazed! 👏🏼👏🏼 G told me that it took him 4 years to master this. Way to go G, perseverance pays off! @AllSaintsDPCDSB
Primary students had a great time learning about snakes, hedgehogs, tarantulas & bearded dragons. Thanks to @PartySafari for allowing us to get up close and personal to these cuties. They’ll be back on Friday so the other primaries can enjoy the experience too. @AllSaintsDPCDSB
Last week these junior boys showed great determination and won their pod basketball tournament. Today we move on to the family of schools tournament. Good luck Wildcats! @AllSaintsDPCDSB
After a fun car race, students put the cars in their “parking spots”. They wanted to know how many cars we had in total. SKs helped the JKs count by tens on our 100s carpet. Love how they are always questioning and solving problems together. @AllSaintsDPCDSB
