Steamed Rice was missing from order, I raised it multiple times with customer support and email but haven't got any reply, even the itc resturant knows this that the item was missing but they said they cannot refund at their end

@ola_supports It's been 1 month now, Do you guys want me to complain in consumer court, as I have cctv footage of that day as well and the recording of your rider where he said that he has not picked up the order as the outlet is closed. Resolve it asap otherwise i have no other option left
