@linadreaamy My reasoning is that 18 is 6 x 3 and you can get 6 by adding 3 to 3. Similarly 32 is 8 x 4, and you get 8 from 4 + 4. Thus, if you add 7 + 7 to get 14, then multiply it by 7, you get 98
@Supersonic_Mann@Dshoopy0@ItsmePIKOO@CrystalChloe5 If that was at all true, surely it would be much easier for them to sue PocketPair using the "infringing" designs than over a few, bullshit patents that they shouldn't have had in the first place.
@Gekiphy@DanoDino86@DreamMixGames Not Game Freak, Nintendo was trying to patent game mechanics. Game Freak just makes the games. They don't have a legal team.
@DanoDino86@DreamMixGames Nintendo should know whether or not they have an actual chance to succeed at suing someone, especially on the basis of copyright.
@DanoDino86@DreamMixGames If they were actively infringing on Pokemon's copyright, Nintendo would've sued on the basis of copyright. That's not what they chose to do. That means Nintendo knows Palworld's designs are distinct enough to stand on their own. Stop the bullshit.
