@Wise Just tried to use card to pay for a toll road in Italy - got declined twice so paid using cash, but you’ve debited the money anyway?! How do I get a refund for the 2 transactions?!

@Wise Due to problems with your system, we’ve ended up being charged twice for something that we then had to pay for using cash, as the merchant said the card payments didn’t go through! How do we go about getting a refund? Can’t contact merchant as it was to pay for a toll road!
