@premierinn Yes, You did respond privately, and when I replied you said it was too complicated to deal with and referred me to the website (Which still doesn’t recognise my booking reference!) or for me to ring your terrible booking help lín that cut me off…
@premierinn For the 3rd day in a row I am still unable to make amendments to our business booking. Your website doesn’t recognise our biking reference and when I try to speak to a customer service agent they cut me off and I have no idea of this has been amended or not.
