I'm living in JP but I have never hook up ground pins to powerboard. (Most of things doesn't have ground pin too)

問い合わせたら、日本でのコンテンツ配信ガイドラインの問題で配信できないのだそうです。(DLCに問題があったのかな)
悲しいけど、通常��をもう一度予約購入することで解決
